I'm not an attorney but if the Judge had any doubts that the conversations with Pence were Presidential not as a private conversation with Trump she wouldn't have allowed the report to go public. Right?
That's an interesting question - I'm not sure. However, the default is generally to make these things public. Take an indictment for example, it may cite evidence that could be challenged with a motion in limne and it may later be deemed inadmissible, but the indictment still is public when it is filed. This is because these filings are just the claims of the prosecution and not presented by the court as fact. Of course, this being a one of a kind case, and politically volatile, she could have ruled differently, but I suspect she is tired of Trump's nonsense and not willing to give him the benefit benefit of the doubt when she can just go by the book.
That's my question, can they use these private conversations with his Vice President and Attorney's etc?

scotus doesn't rule on the facts of a case. they only interpret the law. so unless they decide that some law prohibits the airing of facts in a criminal case, I don't see how they can throw out the evidence.

Seriously? Have you not read their insane immunity ruling? The whole purpose of this case is to interpret the law under their new, crazy "guidance" to decide what can be admitted and what cannot be. THey could easily decide for example that ANY conversation between the VP and POTUS is official and therefore inadmissible -that's what they did with DOJ, and I think it was intentional, because they already KNEW about Trump's damning conversations with AG Rosenberg, so their ruling said that ALL communications between POTUS and DOJ are official and automatically off limits. These upcoming hearings are not about the facts of the case per se, but about whether those facts are admissible under the law.
